Honor & Memorial Donations

Celebrate a life, a milestone, or a loved one with a lasting tribute at Monessen Public Library.

  • How it works

    Each tribute donation helps the Library purchase a new book (or another item if requested). A commemorative bookplate is added, and we notify the honoree or a designated family member. Minimums: $25 (library selects title) and you select the genre. Pet memorial books are also available.

  • What we need to know

    • Name of the person being honored or remembered
    • Your name and mailing address
    • Who we should notify (name & mailing address)
    • Subject area or specific title request

    We’ll add a tribute bookplate and send a notification letter to the honoree or family.
