    Quiet spaces sized for 1–4 people — perfect for tutoring, interviews, study sessions, and small collaborative work.

    • First come, first served (or by reservation)
    • Whiteboard/desk space (when available)
    • Ask staff for markers/erasers
  • Private Reading Rooms

    Cozy, low‑distraction spaces for quiet reading, phone/video appointments, and focused work.

    • Quiet environment
    • Outlets for personal devices
    • Great for solo study and tele‑appointments

How to reserve a room

Simple steps to book the space you need.

1) Choose a room type

Pick a Large Conference Room, Tutoring Room, or Private Reading Room based on your group size and activity.

2) Pick a date/time

Stop by the front desk or call us to check availability and discuss setup needs (tables/chairs, A/V, etc.).

3) Confirm your request

Provide your contact info and agree to the Room Usage Policy. Staff will confirm your reservation in person or by phone/email.

Room Usage Policy

General Guidelines

  • No Food or Drinks are permitted in the rooms.
  • Rooms must be left clean and furniture returned to its original layout.
  • Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect other library users.

Reservations & Eligibility

  • Rooms may require advance booking; walk‑ins are accommodated as space allows.
  • Some rooms may have age or supervision requirements.
  • Please bring photo ID and contact information for the reservation.

Equipment & Setup

  • Ask staff about A/V, whiteboards, or other equipment at the time of booking.
  • Patrons are responsible for their own devices and adapters.
  • Report any issues immediately to staff.

Time Limits & Cancellations

  • Time limits may apply during peak demand.
  • Please cancel promptly if you no longer need the room.
  • Repeated no‑shows may affect future reservations.
